Session Prices

Personal Training- 1 on 1 A 30 minutes: $30
Personal Training- 1 on 1 One hours: $45
Zoom Session (Varies; Cardio, Strength, and/or Strecth) 50/55 minutes: $20
Chair One Fitness 50/60 minutes: $15

The more sessions you book with me, the bigger the discount you will receive.*
~4 sessions = $40 per session, once a week (Personal Training, Monday- Saturday)

~8 sessions = $35 per session, twice a week.

~12 sessions = $30 per session, three times a week.

~16, 20, 24, 28, 32, sessions...

*Prices are subject to change/increase as I obtained more certifications and or education to better help you achieve your fitness goals.
